Blanc de Rose Champagne Extra Brut, Jean-Baptiste Geoffroy

The idea behind this new cuvée was to create a different, lighter Rosé Champagne. The delicacy of the nose unveils rose petal notes and a hint of grenadine. On the palate, the remarkable minerality releases aromas of pink grapefruit and mandarin peel. All this is complemented by a superb bitterness and a very pleasant, fresh aftertaste.

This Blanc de Rose was born to be drunk as an aperitif. It would also go very well with raw fish however, such as a lightly marinated carpaccio of salmon and halibut, or simply a red tuna sashimi.
