This elegant tea is perfect for serving with cakes and pastries. It is selected from gardens in the foothills of the Himalayas at the peak of the second flush season when the tea is at its best. Only then does the subtle muscatel flavour develop; the result of a unique combination of cool misty climate, high altitude, rich soil and careful plucking and handling.

For the perfect cup add freshly boiled water and infuse for 3-4 minutes. Serve just as it is, or with milk or lemon.
