This very pale gold 10 year old Cognac was aged in oak and the initial nose shows traces of oak with fruity notes reminiscent of plums, summer flowers and a light citrus touch. The palate is clean and elegant and naturally lively with fruit and sweet spice. The refined finish leaves the palate refreshingly clean.
