Made in small batches, without artificial colourings or preservatives, this jelly is an excellent tracklement for game, lamb, mutton or poultry. It is also very good in gravies, with hot roast ham and to temper the juices of jugged hair. It is of course straight forwardly useful on toast or bread and butter.
